Payment Policy

Upfront Payment

Work begins only after payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Project Confirmation

A project is considered confirmed only after payment and approval of the scope of work.

Refunds

Because digital services are custom and time-based, refunds are generally not available once work has started.

Partial Work

If a project is paused or cancelled after work has started, payment for completed work and time spent remains non-refundable.

Delays in Feedback

If the client delays feedback or required materials, deadlines may shift accordingly.

Additional Requests

Any work outside the agreed scope may require an additional payment.
